Ministry of Reconciliation

2 Corinthians 5:11 NIV, “Since, then, we know what it is to fear the Lord, we try to persuade others. What we are is plain to God, and I hope it is also plain to your conscience.”
2 Corinthians 5:18 NIV, “All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.”
Fingerprint of God

We are each unique and are marked by God.

We are all called to the ministry of reconciliation. I never really knew that before about 5 years ago when I just happened to read this in the bible. It really excited me because my new job, at that time, was ‘reconciliations’. I took it as a sign from God. From there, I was reconciled with my dad and several other people in my life reconciled with me. It really felt like a season of reconciliation to me.
Sometimes we don’t have a clue what our giftings are or where we fit in. If you ever wondered, this is it. Always strive to reconcile others to Jesus and reconcile people together. We are called to be united. Divided we fall. Matthew 12:25 NIV, “Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand.”
